The Placement Cell of HIMT College of Pharmacy plays a crucial role in shaping students' future career prospects and overall growth.
The cell operates year-round to provide career guidance and counselling for students, sustaining relations with reputed industries and firms. It firmly believes in Industry-Institute Interaction and arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, and Communication Skill Workshops. Students also benefit from seminars, guest lectures, workshops, and technical paper presentations in collaboration with industries.
The Department coordinates with companies/industries, understands their requirements and recruitment procedures, and assists them in recruiting the most suitable candidates. MOUs are signed with industrial organizations and chambers to further strengthen this collaboration.
